PTC Laboratories only issues a single report; all reports are individually checked, signed by our laboratory director and notarized. In order to reissue a duplicate, we go through a process of checking and validating the contents of each report as if they are newly issued. All this is done in accordance with the strict quality systems in place at our laboratory, in order to ensure that you are getting the best level of service.
